Shipping policy

At Dutch Rusk, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably across New Zealand. We proudly partner with Aramex New Zealand to ensure fast, secure, and trackable deliveries to all regions.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural locations throughout New Zealand using Aramex’s national courier network.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Nelson warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment or confirmation for credit account customers. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • North Island: 2 to 3 business days
  • South Island: 1 to 2 business days
  • Rural Areas: Please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, peak demand, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the Aramex New Zealand website.

Delivery Instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., leave at door, deliver to reception), please include them at checkout or notify us via email immediately after placing your order.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery, Aramex will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
