Refund policy

At Dutch Rusk, we take pride in delivering high-quality confectionery and beverages to our wholesale partners across New Zealand. We understand that accurate and timely service is critical in your business, and we are committed to resolving any issues efficiently.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

All deliveries must be checked upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and work promptly to arrange a credit or replacement. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Return/Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted for items that are:

  • Unopened and in original condition
  • In their original, undamaged packaging
  • Not short-dated or expired
  • Supported by a valid invoice or proof of purchase

Returns must be authorised by our team prior to dispatching any goods back to us.

Please note: Goods returned without prior approval will not be accepted or credited.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Any item on sale or clearance
  • Near-expiry or expired products
  • Opened cartons or outers
  • Promotional or specially discounted items

Refunds/Returns & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be credited to your account or refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
